Penguin Feeding and Photocall
NOTICE: Due to Bird Flu precautions this is not running at this time.
DURING THE SUMMER (Easter to end of October) we have the Penguin Photocall which takes place at the end of the penguin feeding talk sessions at 11am and 3pm.
During the feeding talk, a few lucky children are invited to come in to the penguin enclosure to feed fish to the penguins.
Then at the end of the sessions, visitors are allowed (a couple/family at a time) to sit with and stroke a friendly penguin while another member of the family can take photos – have your camera ready!
Penguin Photocall important note: This is subject to the birds, their breeding seasons and moulting status – we don’t force them to take part so are not able to promise it will always take place. The photocalls can get very busy. Please be aware that once everyone waiting in the queue has been through, the sessions do end.
