Reopening Announcement – Book Now!
The date is set and booking can commence! Paradise Park will be reopening on the 6th July and we cannot wait to welcome you all back ??
It will be a different Paradise experience, with free-flying bird, amazing new species to see plus all your favourites to revisit but no timetabled shows, and our indoor JungleBarn and outdoor play area will remain closed for the time being. There will be delicious takeaway options from our café and plenty of picnic areas.
We will have reduced capacity and lots of new signs about sanitiser, distancing and the one way route, a new delicious takeaway menu from our café, and plenty of picnic tables/benches spread all around the Park.
The first two days 6th and 7th will be exclusively for our Season Ticket holders and people with Return Tickets. Then from the 8th July the Park will be open to all visitors. PLEASE if you have a Season, Return or Complimentary Ticket, only book a space if you genuinely plan to visit as every booking you make costs us a fee and takes a time slot. Thank you ?
Everyone, including those with Season and Return Tickets or Adoption or complimentary tickets, will need to pre-book online and select an arrival time slot. The booking confirmation can be saved to your mobile or print it and bring it with you.
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS
Book your tickets in the ‘Admissions’ section. Please bring your booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) and present at reception. If you are able to pay the full price, we would be extremely grateful as due to the long closure and now limiting visitor numbers means we will struggle well into 2021. We are offering discount code ‘REOPEN’ which can be used at the ‘checkout’ stage and saves £1 per person on the standard prices (excludes Saver Tickets). Please note: Entries are limited so missed date or time slots cannot be refunded.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
If you have a valid Season Ticket or one that ran out during the closure, book your tickets and time slot, and bring your Season Ticket and booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) with you as we will extend your tickets by the number of days we were closed. If you do not have these with you when you arrive then sadly, we will not be able to allow you entry to the Park. Please note: Season Tickets are not available to buy online at this time.
RETURN TICKET HOLDERS
If you have a Return Ticket which ran out on the 22nd March 2020 with two days left to use it, we have extended the date to 19th July 2020. Book your free adult, child, or senior tickets here and then a time slot. You need to bring your Return Ticket, booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) and some form of ID for your free entry. Please note: We are not selling new Return Tickets online at this time.
ADOPTION and COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS
Please book your tickets and then your time slot and bring your booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) along with your Adoption or Complimentary Tickets to present at reception. If you do not have these with you when you arrive then sadly, we will not be able to allow you entry to the Park.
