At The Park
Our aim is that, as well as being entertained on your visit, you will also make the most of the opportunities to learn and be inspired by our birds, mammals and conservation work.
Every enclosure has a detailed information sign about the species there, so that you can find out the name, distribution, status and a few interesting facts about every animal.
During our feeding time talks and flying shows our keepers and presenters will fill you in on the species you are seeing, and demostrate, with the help of many amazing birds, fascinating facts and conservation issues which they may face in the wild. Pictured left is our Curator David Woolcock with Ollie a Moluccan Cockatoo.
We always have at least one trail around the Park with questions and answers to test your skills and knowledge as you explore. And once you have searched out all the answers, you can claim your reward 🙂
