BOOKING YOUR VISIT AND TICKETS
What happens when I buy a ticket online?
On completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please either save to your mobile or print and bring it with you to present at reception along with any other ticket or ID mentioned in the booking details.
Do you issue refunds for cancellations?
It is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that the ticket is used in the correct manner on the date specified. Paradise Park will not accept responsibility for tickets which have been lost, stolen, forgotten about or for any other reasons which may have prohibited their use.
Once tickets have been booked, we will not refund them (this includes if there is extremely adverse weather on the day) but can move them to another date if notified in advance and we have capacity.
The only time when a refund may be offered is if Paradise Park is required to close again. We would first ask to re-book your tickets, but if a refund is required then please note there would be a £4.50 processing fee as we incur charges through the payment system and to cover admin.
Do your tickets have age restrictions?
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please see our admissions page for any age restrictions.
Do you offer ticket extensions?
If you are not able to use the ticket on the date specified we do not offer extensions and the ticket will expire. If you have an Annual Pass, and Paradise Park is closed due to a lockdown, we will extend it by the amount of days the Park was closed.
Do you offer a disabled concession?
Yes please see our admissions page for details HERE.
One carer can come in at the concession rate for each cared for disabled person they are accompanying. Please provide proof of disability for the person you are caring for when you arrive. This can be any of the following documentation:
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Blue Badge (photo ID required)
- Access Card with +1 symbol
A carer must be over 14 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who has the disability. The carer would be expected to understand the disabled person’s condition and assist them in managing it for the duration of their visit.
I have an Annual Pass, do I need to book online?
No, it is not essential to book an arrival time online. You can arrive when you wish and present your Annual Pass at reception. If booking online, please bring your booking confirmation (either saved to your mobile or printed out) along with your Annual Pass.
I have a Return Ticket, Adoption or Complimentary Ticket, do I need to book online?

Please ensure if booking online, to bring your booking confirmation (either saved to your mobile or printed out) along with your Adoption or Complimentary Tickets (Return Ticket holders must also bring some form of ID to match the details on your Return Ticket) to present at reception.
