Is your parking free?
Yes we have our own free car park, and on busy days, we have an adjacent field that we open up just two minutes from the entrance.
Are dogs allowed in?
Only guide dogs, but first please read our Access Statement. Please click here.
What can I expect from my visit?
It will be a new Paradise experience, with amazing new species to see plus all your favourites to revisit. More details HERE
Face coverings are mandatory in ALL INDOOR AREAS within the Park until 19th July and then in the JungleBarn only after the 19th July. When you leave the Park, you can either go via the Gift Shop wearing a face-covering, or you can leave though a door direct back to the car park without a face-covering.
From the 19th July in the JUNGLEBARN PLAY CENTRE. Due to the increase and expected continued increase in virus cases, and to help protect our staff and visitors and keep the JungleBarn open, we require anyone over the age of 11 using the indoor JungleBarn Play Centre to wear a face covering unless exempt.
A ‘face covering’ is something which safely covers the nose and mouth, and these will be available to buy if you do not have one with you. Face coverings will not be required for other areas of the Park from the 19th. However, you are more than welcome to wear one at all times if you wish.
There are a few people who are exempt which include:
- Children under the age of 11
- Not being able to put on, wear or remove a face covering because of a physical or mental illness/impairment or disability
- If putting on, wearing, or removing a face covering will cause you severe distress
- If you are travelling with or providing assistance to someone who relies on lip reading to communicate
- To avoid harm or injury, or the risk of harm or injury, to yourself or others.

BOOKING YOUR VISIT AND TICKETS
How can I book?
We’re carefully managing the total number of people who visit on any one day to help keep everyone safe. Everyone, whether buying tickets online or if you’re a Paradise Park Season, Return or Complimentary Ticket holder, must book in advance for the day you wish to visit.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?
On completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please either save to your mobile or print and bring it with you to present at reception along with any other ticket or ID and mentioned in the booking details.
Do you issue refunds for cancellations?
It is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that the ticket is used in the correct manner on the date specified. Paradise Park will not accept responsibility for tickets which have been lost, stolen, forgotten about or for any other reasons which may have prohibited their use.

Once tickets have been booked, we will not refund them (this includes if there is extremely adverse weather on the day) but can move them to another date if notified in advance and we have capacity.
The only time when a refund may be offered is if Paradise Park is required to close again. We would first ask to re-book your tickets, but if a refund is required then please note there would be a £3 processing fee as we incur charges through the payment system and to cover admin.
Do your tickets have age restrictions?
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please see our admissions page for any age restrictions.
Do you offer ticket extensions?
If you are not able to use the ticket on the date and time specified we do not offer extensions and the ticket will expire. If you have a Season Ticket, and the Paradise Park is closed due to a lockdown, we will extend it by the amount of days the Park was closed.

I have a Season Ticket, do I need to book a space online?
Please book your space online and bring your booking confirmation and photo ticket with you to present at reception otherwise we will not be able to give you entry to the Park. We look forward to seeing you.
I have an Adoption or Complimentary Ticket, do I need to book?
Please book your space online, and bring your booking confirmation (either saved to your mobile or printed out) along with your Adoption or Complimentary Tickets to present at reception. If you do not have these with you when you arrive then sadly we will not be able to allow you entry to the Park. We look forward to seeing you.
I would like to bring a group, is there a discount?

Will the onsite toilets be open?
Yes, the toilet facilities and baby changing will be open and with an enhanced cleaning programme. Please follow the guidance on signage.
Will there be hand wash stations at the park?
Yes, there will be hand sanitiser stations at the park.
Will staff be wearing masks?
Staff members with close contact to visitors may be behind screens, wearing masks or visors.
Will the café be open?
The Otter Pool Café will be open. For the latest information on what will be available please click HERE
Will the gift shop be open?
Yes, the gift shop will be open with numbers controlled for social distancing. All transactions with card only.
Is your Park accessible to wheelchairs?
Most of our paths and areas are designed for easy access for wheelchair and scooter users.
You’re welcome to bring your own mobility scooter or wheelchair as usual.
If you would like to borrow one of our mobility scooters please call the shop on 01736 751023 so we can reserve it for you and have it sanitised and ready.

Can I use the outside Paradise Island play area?
Yes the outdoor play area is open.
There is safety signage and hand sanitisers for when you enter and exit, and we ask that all visitors keep their distance and be considerate of others when using the play area and around the Park. Extra cleaning will be taking place to ensure that the facilities remain as safe as possible.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes we have plenty of picnic tables/benches spread out all around the Park
What species do you have?
We have over 130 species, mainly birds, but also red pandas, otters, donkeys and more. For more details please click here.

Can I smoke in the Park?
Paradise Park is no smoking, but you can go to a designated outside area to smoke.
