Is your parking free?
Yes we have our own free car park, and on busy days, we have an adjacent field that we open up just two minutes from the entrance.
Is you Park accessible to wheelchairs?

Are dogs allowed in?
Only assistance dogs, but first please read our Access Statement. Please click here.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes we have a large picnic lawn with tables and benches, this is where the summer ‘Free Flying Bird Show’ happens every day at 3:30pm (weather permitting). You can also use the balcony of the JungleBarn Play Centre. If it is wet you can use the indoor ‘overflow Otter Pool Café area’. Please note, that you cannot eat your own food in the Otter Pool Café itself or inside the JungleBarn.
You are welcome to get a hand-stamp to go out to the car park and collect your picnic or return bags later.
What species do you have?
We have over 140 species, mainly birds, but also red pandas, otters, donkeys and more. For more details please click here
What do you have on offer for wet days?
On wet weather days we have the JungleBarn indoor play centre with it’s own snack bar, plus the Otter Pool Cafe through the season and on selected days in winter. The JungleBarn is open 10am to 6pm all year (except Christmas Day). Please note that on wet weather days in the main holiday season it can get very busy.
