Admission Prices and Booking Tickets

We are open year round, except Christmas Day. Summer from 10am to 5pm. Winter 10am to 4pm.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
FREE parking.
Paradise Park is no smoking.

HOW TO BOOK (Winter tickets from 2nd Nov on sale soon!)
Select your tickets and then an arrival time slot (this refers to your arrival time, not the length of your visit as you may stay as long as you wish) and please arrive only during that time so we can control entry numbers and ensure social distancing. We have reduced capacity to ensure social distancing and lots of new signs and sanitiser stations, and a one way route, with plenty of picnic tables/benches spread out all around the Park, plus The Otter Pool Café will be open for a range of food including pasties, sandwiches, baked potatoes, paninis plus biscuits and cakes. The Park is open from 10am to 5pm. Please click here to see ‘what can I expect from my visit’.

PLAY AREAS
Our Paradise Island play area is now open but please note that the indoor JungleBarn play center is closed at the moment.

IMPORTANT UPDATE ‘Rule of Six: In line with new Government guidelines we are not able to permit groups of more than six people (unless your single household family ‘bubble’ has more than six people in it). Please do not book tickets for any other group larger than six people. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding with this and look forward to welcoming you to the Park for a safe fun day out.

FACE COVERINGS
Visitors are required to wear a face covering when in the Gift Shop, Otter Pool Café, toilets – so all indoor areas . A ‘face covering’ is something which safely covers the nose and mouth, and these will be available to buy if you do not have one with you. Face coverings are not required for other areas of the Park; however you are more than welcome to wear one at all times if you wish.

PLEASE if you have a Season, Return or Complimentary Ticket, only book a space if you genuinely plan to visit as every booking you make takes an arrival time slot. Thank you 😊

All tickets and arrival time slot bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please see the FAQ’s for more info.

FOR GENERAL ADMISSION
Please bring your booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) and present at reception. If you are able to pay the full price we would be extremely grateful as due to the extended closure and ongoing limited visitor numbers, finances are going to be very tough for the Park for a considerable time. But we are offering discount code ‘PARK20’ which can be used at the ‘checkout’ stage and saves £1 per person on the standard prices (excludes Saver Tickets). Please note: Entries are limited so missed date or arrival time slots cannot be refunded. Halloween Half Term SPECIAL OFFER visit this Half Term 24th to 1st November and before you leave you can buy a RETURN TICKET for just £2 per person (normal price £4.25) for another visit before 21st March 2021!

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS If you have a valid Season Ticket or one that ran out during the closure, book your tickets and an arrival time slot, and bring your Season Ticket and booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) with you as we will extend your tickets by the number of days we were closed. If you do not have these with you when you arrive then sadly, we will not be able to allow you entry to the Park. Please note: Season Tickets are not available to buy online at this time.

RETURN TICKET HOLDERS Your Return Ticket must have a valid date on it of 21st March 2021 (old tickets with a date on them of 22nd March 2020 are no longer valid as the extended period has now finished). Please book your adult, child, or senior ticket and arrival time slot here. You need to bring your Return Ticket, booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) and some form of ID for your free entry, otherwise we cannot allow you entry to the Park.

ADOPTION or COMPLIMENTARY TICKET HOLDERS Please book your tickets and then your arrival time slot, and bring your booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) along with your Adoption or Complimentary Tickets to present at reception. If you do not have these with you when you arrive then sadly, we will not be able to allow you entry to the Park.
