Admission Prices and Booking Tickets
The ‘PARK ONLY’ is now open. The ‘JUNGLEBARN’ will reopen on the 17th May *subject to roadmap guidance at the time.
We are open seven days a week during the summer season.
Opening times for the Park: 10am to 5pm (last entry at 4pm).
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Free parking. Paradise Park is no smoking.
HOW TO BOOK
Select your tickets and then an ‘arrival time slot’ (this refers to your arrival time, not the length of your visit, you are welcome to stay until closing time). Please arrive only during your ‘time slot’ so entry numbers are controlled. We have reduced capacity to ensure social distancing and lots of new signs and sanitiser stations, a one-way route, plenty of picnic tables/benches spread out all around the Park, plus the Otter Pool Café will be open for takeaway. Please click here to see ‘what can I expect from my visit’.
Our fun outdoor Paradise Island play area is open.
The JungleBarn Indoor Play Centre is due to reopen on 17th May (subject to the roadmap guidance at the time). Tickets and details for this will be available nearer the time.
RULE OF SIX: In line with Government guidelines, we are only able to permit groups of a maximum of 2 households or up to 6 people from different households. Please do not book tickets for any other group larger than six people. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding with this and look forward to welcoming you to the Park for a safe fun day out.
Visitors are required to wear a face covering when in the Gift Shop, Otter Pool Café, JungleBarn and toilets – so all indoor areas. A ‘face covering’ is something which safely covers the nose and mouth, and these will be available to buy if you do not have one with you. Face coverings are not required for other areas of the Park or when you are seated at a table and eating or drinking; however, you are more than welcome to wear one at all times if you wish.
FOR GENERAL ADMISSION
PARK ONLY (Please note the JungleBarn Play Centre will reopen from the 17th May subject to roadmap guidance at the time and those tickets will be on sale nearer the time).
Please select your tickets and ‘arrival time slot’, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the Park until we close at 5pm.
Please bring your booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) and present at reception. If you are able to pay the full price, we would be extremely grateful as due to the lockdowns and ongoing limited visitor numbers, finances are going to be very tough for the Park for a long time. But we are offering discount code ‘PARK21’ which can be used at the ‘checkout’ stage and saves £1 per person on the standard prices (excludes Saver Tickets). Please note: Entries are limited so missed date or arrival time slots cannot be refunded.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
Please book your tickets and an arrival time slot. Bring your Season Tickets and booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) as you need these to confirm your identity and booking reference (please note we will extend your Season Tickets by the number of days we were closed during the lockdown). If you do not have these with you when you arrive then sadly, we will not be able to allow you entry to the Park. IMPORTANT: If you are unable to make your visit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know so we can free up your timeslot for someone else. Otherwise we lose vital income as we are limiting visitors numbers to keep plenty of distancing and this is an extremely challenging time for us financially.
BUYING A SEASON TICKET If you would like to buy a Season Ticket, then please book your visit as normal and when you arrive please see the staff in the Gift Shop who will convert this to a Season Ticket and take the additional payment.
RETURN TICKET HOLDERS
If you have an older Return Ticket which ran out on the 21st of March 2021, we have extended the date to 30th June 2021. Please book your tickets and arrival time slot. Bring your Return Tickets, booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) and some form of ID to match the details on your Return Ticket to gain entry to the Park. IMPORTANT: If you are unable to make your visit please contact us at email@example.com to let us know so we can free up your timeslot for someone else. Otherwise we lose vital income as we are limiting visitors numbers to keep plenty of distancing and this is an extremely challenging time for us financially.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKET HOLDERS
Please book your tickets and arrival time slot and bring your booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) along with your Adoption or Complimentary Tickets to present at reception. You need to have these with you to gain entry to the Park.
