Admission Prices and Booking Tickets
The Park is now temporarily closed and we will update with a reopening date soon.
Please find all the ways you can help support Paradise Park here
May we take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy New Year!
We are open from Wednesdays to Sundays until the school holidays when we move to seven days a week. We will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Opening times for the Park: 10am to 4pm (last entry at 3pm).
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Paradise Park is no smoking.
Covid update: If you live OR anyone in your group is from a tier 4 area, do not book tickets as we will not be able to allow you entry. If you do, a refund will be issued (minus a small charge). Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time and hope very much to welcome you back again in the not too distant future. All the best.
HOW TO BOOK
Select your tickets and then an arrival time slot (this refers to your arrival time not the length of your visit, you are welcome to stay until closing time). Please arrive only during that time so we can control entry numbers and ensure social distancing. We have reduced capacity to ensure social distancing and have lots of new signs and sanitiser stations, a one way route, plenty of picnic tables/benches spread out all around the Park, plus The Otter Pool Café will be open for takeaway. Please click here to see ‘what can I expect from my visit’.
Our outdoor Paradise Island play area is open.
The JungleBarn Indoor Play Centre is now closed until further notice.
RULE OF SIX: In line with new Government guidelines we are not able to permit groups of more than six people (unless your single household family ‘bubble’ has more than six people in it). Please do not book tickets for any other group larger than six people. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding with this and look forward to welcoming you to the Park for a safe fun day out.
Visitors are required to wear a face covering when in the Gift Shop, Otter Pool Café, JungleBarn and toilets – so all indoor areas. A ‘face covering’ is something which safely covers the nose and mouth, and these will be available to buy if you do not have one with you. Face coverings are not required for other areas of the Park or when you are seated at a table and eating or drinking; however, you are more than welcome to wear one at all times if you wish.
PROTECTING OUR BIRDS ‘we ask you to use the shallow foot bath on entry’
On 11th November 2020 the Government’s Animal & Plant Health Agency (APHA) declared an Avian Influenza Protection Zone throughout England, Scotland & Wales. This means that added Biosecurity measures should be taken to protect our birds at Paradise Park. As a safety measure to protect our 1,200 birds at the Park, there will be a shallow foot bath that we will ask you to use as you enter the Park. The footbath contains a ministry approved disinfectant that is effective against over 500 strains of virus and bacteria, including Avian Influenza. Thank you 🙂
All tickets and arrival time slot bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please see the FAQ’s for more info.
FOR GENERAL ADMISSION
You can now book to visit…
PARK ONLY Please select a time slot and these are for your ‘arrival time’, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the Park until we close at 4pm.
Please bring your booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) and present at reception. If you are able to pay the full price we would be extremely grateful as due to the two lockdowns and ongoing limited visitor numbers, finances are going to be very tough for the Park well into 2021. But we are offering discount code ‘PARK20’ which can be used at the ‘checkout’ stage and saves £1 per person on the standard prices (excludes Saver Tickets). Please note: Entries are limited so missed date or arrival time slots cannot be refunded.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS Please book your tickets and an arrival time slot. Bring your Season Tickets and booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) as you need these to confirm your identity and booking reference (please note: If closed due to a lockdown we will extend your Season Tickets by the number of days we were closed). If you do not have these with you when you arrive then sadly, we will not be able to allow you entry to the Park. If you would like to buy a Season Ticket, then please book your visit as normal and when you arrive please see the staff in the Gift Shop who will convert this to a Season Ticket and take the additional payment.
RETURN TICKET HOLDERS Please book your date and arrival time slot. Bring your Return Tickets, booking confirmation (printed or saved to your mobile) and some form of ID to match the details on your Return Ticket to gain entry to the Park.
