A relaxed visit, with time for every family
Santa and his assistants love meeting every family and never like to rush the magic. They spend several minutes with each family, so although we keep to the booking schedule as closely as possible, you may need to wait for your turn. Thank you for your patience — your family will enjoy the same quality time with Santa.
While you wait, soak up the festive atmosphere in the Christmas area outside the grotto, pose for photos in Santa’s sleigh, or pop into the gift shop and café. If you’ve booked the Park and JungleBarn, we’ll call you over the speaker system when it’s your turn.
Finish with a festive treat
Why not round off your visit with something delicious at the Otter Pool Café? Warm up with a hot chocolate topped with marshmallows, tuck into a turkey and cranberry panini, or choose another tasty option.
The café is open from 10am to 2:45pm, with last orders for hot food at 2pm.
