Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Dogs are not allowed (except official assistance dogs, more here).
- Paradise Park is no smoking.

** PROTECTING OUR BIRDS **
To help protect our 1,200 birds we have a walk-through footbath (like a wet mat) at the entrance which contains a ministry approved disinfectant against bird flu. Please be aware we have moved our flamingos into an off show covered enclosure for their safety. The Tropics walk-through aviary is also closed at present. If you keep birds, especially poultry and waterfowl at home, can we respectfully ask that you change your outer clothing and footwear if they are used when looking after your birds before visiting us. Thank you.

Adults = £23.95
Senior (over 65 years) = £21.95
Children Aged 2 – 16 years = £18.95
Aged 1 and under = FREE (Please book tickets for age 1 and under as well.)
Saver Ticket (2 adults and 2 children) = £82.50
Assisting Carer = Free
Accompanying a person with disabilities. Please provide proof of disability for the person you are caring for when you arrive. This can be any of the following documentation: Access Card with +1 symbol, Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Blue Badge (photo ID required).
A carer must be over 16 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who has the disability. The carer would be expected to understand the disabled person’s condition and assist them in managing it for the duration of their visit.
For best value, buy a GREAT VALUE RETURN TICKET when you visit. Our Return Tickets are £6.95 per person and can be used from 10am on any day we are open up to 19th March 2027. After this date the scheme restarts – click here for info.

HOW TO BUY AN ANNUAL PASS Please book your visit as a normal paid admission ticket and when you arrive see the staff in the Gift Shop who will convert this to an Annual Pass and take the additional payment and your photo. Thank you.
ANNUAL PASS, RETURN and COMPLIMENTARY Tickets
You can present these when you arrive or book your space online and bring your Annual Pass, Return Tickets or Complimentary Tickets, plus your booking confirmation printed or saved to your mobile.
Return Ticket holders must also bring some form of ID to match the details on your Return Ticket. If you do not have your tickets with you when you arrive then we will not be able to allow you entry to the Park.
DISCOUNT CODES – different offers may be added at any time.
