Winter Opening Times until 31st March 2025
Open 10am to 4pm, doors close at 3pm.
The JungleBarn Play Centre stays open for a late afternoon play only session from 3pm to 5:30pm.
We are also closed on some Mondays and Tuesdays for maintenance work throughout the winter. January 20th, 21st, 27th & 28th. For further dates please click here.
The days we are open and available to book in the winter may be subject to change without notice.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Dogs are not allowed (except official assistance dogs, more here).
- Paradise Park is no smoking.

** PROTECTING OUR BIRDS **
Due to an increase in Avian influenza locally, to help protect our 1,200 birds we have introduced some biosecurity measures like walk-through footbaths (like a wet mat) at the entrance and various points on site which contains a ministry approved disinfectant against bird flu. If you keep birds, especially poultry and waterfowl at home, can we respectfully ask that you change your outer clothing and footwear if they are used when looking after your birds before visiting us. Thank you. Currently, only a short walk-through element in one bird enclosure and our small Tropical House are closed. We have also moved our flamingos into an off show covered enclosure for their safety. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

For best value, buy a Return Ticket on your first visit. Our Return Tickets are £5.50 per person and can be used from 10am on any day we are open, and you can keep buying more for visits up to until 31st March 2025.

HOW TO BUY AN ANNUAL PASS To buy an Annual Pass, please book your visit as a normal paid admission ticket and when you arrive see the staff in the Gift Shop who will convert this to an Annual Pass and take the additional payment and your photo. Thank you.
Booking with your ANNUAL PASS, RETURN and COMPLIMENTARY Tickets
Please book your space online (including for under 3 year olds) and bring your Annual Pass, Return Tickets or Complimentary Tickets, plus your booking confirmation printed or saved to your mobile. (Return Ticket holders must also bring some form of ID to match the details on your Return Ticket). If you do not have your Tickets with you when you arrive then sadly, we will not be able to allow you entry to the Park.
