OPENING TIMES

Winter Opening Times from 5th November to 31st March 2026.
Open 10am to 4pm, doors close at 3pm.
The JungleBarn Play Centre stays open for a late afternoon play session from 3pm to 5:30pm.
In the Winter we are closed on: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day. In addition we are also closed on some Mondays and Tuesdays for maintenance work – November the 10th & 11th, 17th & 18th, 24th & 25th (click HERE for full details). The days we are open and available to book may be subject to change without notice. Please check back here for any changes.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Dogs are not allowed (except official assistance dogs, more here).

** PROTECTING OUR BIRDS **
To help protect our 1,200 birds we a walk-through footbath (like a wet mat) at the entrance which contains a ministry approved disinfectant against bird flu. If you keep birds, especially poultry and waterfowl at home, can we respectfully ask that you change your outer clothing and footwear if they are used when looking after your birds before visiting us. Thank you.

PARK & JUNGLEBARN ADMISSION 10am to 4pm (last entry 3pm).
Pre-book or pay at reception when you arrive.
Adults = £22.95
Senior (over 60 years) = £20.95
Children Aged 3- 15 years = £18.95
Under 3s FREE – (Please ensure you book tickets for your under 3s as well.)
Saver Ticket (2 adults and 2 children) = £79.95
Disabled Concession = £15.95 (At reception you will need to present either Blue Badge, PIP, DLA or Access Card)
Carer Concession = £15.95 (Accompanying a person with disabilities)
For best value, buy a Great Value Return Ticket on your first visit. Our Return Tickets are £6 per person and can be used from 10am on any day we are open, and you can keep buying more for visits up to until 27th March 2026.

Winter ‘JUNGLEBARN LATE AFTERNOON PLAY ONLY SESSION’ from 3pm to 5:30pm
Adults & Seniors = £6.25 each
Children Aged 3- 15 years = £9.50

For JungleBarn Afternoon Play – When you arrive, please go direct to the JungleBarn at the far end of the car park. The gates will be open at 3pm for you to enter direct from the parking area to the indoor play centre. What clothing to wear in the JungleBarn – To play on the equipment wear socks, and clothing to cover your arms/legs while on the slides.

Make your child’s Christmas extra special with a visit to see Santa in his magical grotto!
When booked in advance the tickets are discounted to £13.25 per child including a gift (£14.25 on the door but please be aware we may sell out of spaces). More information available on the button below.

HOW TO BUY AN ANNUAL PASS Please book your visit as a normal paid admission ticket and when you arrive see the staff in the Gift Shop who will convert this to an Annual Pass and take the additional payment and your photo. Thank you.

Booking with your ANNUAL PASS, RETURN and COMPLIMENTARY Tickets
Please book your space online (including for under 3 year olds) and bring your Annual Pass, Return Tickets or Complimentary Tickets, plus your booking confirmation printed or saved to your mobile. (Return Ticket holders must also bring some form of ID to match the details on your Return Ticket). If you do not have your Tickets with you when you arrive then sadly, we will not be able to allow you entry to the Park.
