Santa’s Grotto Prize Draw 2023

1. The promoter of the prize draw is Paradise Park, 16 Trelissick Road, Hayle, Cornwall TR27 4HB. The prize draw promotion is not sponsored, administered, or endorsed by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media platform. By entering the promotion all participants accept that they have no claim against any social media platform or Paradise Park whatsoever.
2. Entry into the prize draw is free.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. To enter this prize draw, participants must follow the link and enter on the Paradise Park website.
5. The prize draw closes at 10am on 7^th December 2023.
6. The prize draw is open to residents in the UK, aged 18 or over, except employees of Paradise Park, their immediate family, or any person or company associated with the draw.
7. No responsibility will be taken by Paradise Park for entries which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost. Incomplete entries will not qualify for the competition. Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.
8. The prize is for one Santa’s Grotto booking valid for up to 4 children (accompanying adults are FREE of charge) on one of the dates available online where space allows.
9. The winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries.
10. Paradise Park’s decision is final. Correspondence will not be entered into.
11. The winner will be notified via email within 1 day of the closing date.
12. The winner must claim the prize by end of 11^th December 2023.
13. The winner will be required to supply contact details which will only be used to arrange the prize.
14. If the winner does not claim the prize by the 11^th December 2023, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant or to re-offer the prize in a future draw.
15. The prize is non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives. Paradise Park reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
16. To obtain the winners name, send a stamped address envelope to Santa’s Grotto 2023 Prize Draw, Paradise Park, 16 Trelissick Road, Hayle, Cornwall TR27 4HB
17. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Prize Draw and it is a condition of entry that the winner agree to their name and country of residence being made publicly available if they win.
18. All entrants to the prize draw will be deemed to have accepted the rules.
19. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel alter or amend the draw or the prize due to any circumstance that arises beyond our control.
20. The prize draw is subject to the laws of England Wales and Ireland.
