BOOKING Terms and Conditions

Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Paradise Park and yourself.

Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations for Admission tickets

It is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that tickets are used in the correct manner on the date specified. Paradise Park will not accept responsibility for tickets which have been lost, stolen, forgotten about or for any other reasons which may have prohibited their use.

Once tickets have been booked, we will not refund them (this includes if there is extremely adverse weather on the day) but can move them to another date if notified in advance and we have capacity.

The only time when a refund may be offered is if Paradise Park is required to close again. We would first ask to re-book your tickets, but if a refund is required then please note there would be a £4.50 processing fee as we incur charges through the payment system and to cover admin.

Fair Use Policy for JungleBarn Play Centre
On a handful of extremely busy days in school holidays, we may introduce a fair use policy for the JungleBarn Play Centre so that we can ensure everyone can enjoy some indoor fun family time. Thank you for your understanding.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking confirmation either saved to your mobile or printed out.

Red Panda Experience Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase, booking and participation of the Red Panda Experience at Paradise Park (PP).

  • PP reserves the right to alter or cancel dates for a Red Panda Experience due to reasons such as animal welfare issues, severe weather or health & safety issues. We will notify the participant of any such changes or cancellations as early as possible. Regrettably PP cannot be held responsible for other costs affected by such changes (including travel and accommodation etc).
  • There is high demand for Red Panda Experiences and as such they need to be booked in advance. No assumption should be made that a booking is secure until full payment has been paid and the booking has been confirmed by email.
  • The Red Panda Experience is on a very strict time frame and is an integral part of our Keepers’ and Red Pandas’ daily routines. As such, in some instances, if a participant arrives late for an experience, they may miss part or all of the event. If we are not warned of late arrival in advance, it may be necessary to cancel the booking with no refund.
  • Please Note: Some times during the year we may be in a bird flu surveillance zone (mammals can potentially catch bird flu) so there could be footbaths on the way in to the Red Pandas and appropriate footwear is needed (ie not sandals).
  • Booking Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking and we are not able fill the date then no refund will be given. If we are able to fill the original date then a £25 fee will be retained to handle the additional admin costs, with the remainder refunded. If you wish you can then book a Red Panda Experience for another date if any are available at that time, or if none are available, we can contact you if dates do become available.
  • Standard terms and conditions of entry apply to the Red Panda Experience here at Paradise Park. If a participant is thought to be behaving in a way which is unsuitable within the Park, aggressive or unsafe, PP staff reserve the right to remove the participant from the premises without a refund.
  • Conditions
The Paradise Park Red Panda Experience is available for adults and children over the age of 10 years. Children between 10 and 15 years old must be accompanied by a spectating parent/guardian. So, if one child is booked then a parent/guardian can spectate from outside or accompany them in the enclosure (to the maximum two guests). If two children are booked, then a spectating parent/guardian should buy a ticket and can watch from the public viewing area. Additional family/friends will need to pay standard admission fees to visit the Park and watch from the public viewing area outside the enclosure.
  • Restrictions
Regrettably certain guests may be unable to take part. The Red Pandas need quiet and calm, guests must be able to understand and follow guidance from the Keeper in charge. Please notify us if you have any relevant health conditions, phobias or allergies. Whilst every effort is made to accommodate those with a physical disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this cannot always be achieved. Contact admin@paradisepark.org.uk at Paradise Park for advice before booking.
  • Wheelchair Trained Red Pandas
We have one wheelchair accessible Red Panda enclosure. The Keepers worked with the Red Pandas so now they are ‘wheelchair trained’ and confident with people using these in the enclosure. So, although it is not guaranteed, the Red Pandas are usually happy to sit on a person’s lap and that includes if they are sitting in a wheelchair.

Other Bird/Animal Experience Terms and Conditions

  • Please note to ensure the optimal health of our birds and animals here at Paradise Park we feed a range of different diets according to what that animal requires in order to thrive. This may include dead animal products such as mice, chicken, fish, also live insects such as mealworms and wax worms.
  • Some of our Experiences require a level of physical mobility to reach the location and take part. Every effort will be made to accommodate those with disabilities but wheelchair access is not always possible. Please ask the staff any questions before booking or email admin@paradisepark.org.uk.
  • If you have allergies or phobias or any health conditions which could be affected by meeting birds or mammals please do not book an Experience.
  • All Experiences are on an extremely strict time frame as they are an integral part of our Keepers’ daily routines. As such, in some instances, if a participant arrives late for an experience, they may miss part or all the event.
  • If a participant is thought to be behaving in a way which is unsuitable, unsafe or aggressive, Paradise Park staff reserve the right to remove the participant from the Experience or premises without a refund.
  • If you need to cancel or re-arrange your experience, we require 4 days’ notice from the start of your Experience, and if cancelling, a fee of £4.50 will be applied to your refund. A cancellation made after this time will result in full payment of the Experience as we may not be able to fill your Experience slot.
  • If an Experience cannot take place for any reason such as extreme weather conditions, we will contact you to re- arrange a date or issue a refund.

Closure

If Paradise Park is closed for any reason, we will not be liable for costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred, and you will not receive a refund for your booking.

It is solely your responsibility to ensure the attraction is open before travelling and we are under no obligation to inform you if the attraction is closed. We strongly advise that you check before making travel and accommodation arrangements.

If the attraction is closed we will first offer to rearrange your tickets for another date. If a refund is required, please note there would be a processing fee as we incur charges through the payment system and to cover admin.

Email Contact

If you do not opt-in to receive marketing emails you may still receive emails from Paradise Park about your booking. You may also receive a post-visit email about your experience but will not be signed up to the monthly e-newsletter.
