Santa’s Grotto

Make your child’s Christmas extra special with a visit to see Santa in his magical grotto!
Dates are… Sunday 30th November, weekends 6th & 7th and 13th & 14th and then 20th through to 24th December 2025.
Santa’s assistant elf or fairy will meet you and take you into his magical grotto. Santa will greet the children, have a little chat and give them their gift – have your camera ready for this lovely experience.
TICKETS
When booked in advance the tickets are discounted to £13.25 per child including a gift (£14.25 on the door but please be aware we may sell out of spaces). Select a 30 minute time period when you book online, and when you arrive at the Park you will be allocated a 5-minute time slot within this.
You can book up to 4 children together, accompanying adults are free of charge. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of your booked session.
We hope you will also add a visit to the Park and JungleBarn to your booking 🙂
We are offering a discount of £4.00 per person person for visits on 30th November and then from 6th December to 4th January 2026, please use code CHRISTMAS25 at the online checkout or at reception when you arrive. And remember if you go into the Park and JungleBarn, you can then buy great value winter Return Tickets for just £6pp valid for another visit before the 27th March 2025. Please note we are closed on a few Mondays and Tuesdays in the winter (see opening times for details).

Santa and his assistants are very popular and do not like to rush things, so will spend several minutes with each family. We keep to our booking slots as much as possible, but you may have to wait for your turn. You are welcome to sit in the Christmas area outside the grotto, pose for photos in Santa’s sleigh, and use the gift shop and cafe areas while waiting, or if you have booked the Park and JungleBarn, we will call you over the speaker system. Thank you for your understanding and rest assured when it is your turn your family will also enjoy the same quality time with Santa.
To top it all off why not enjoy something delicious, perhaps a hot chocolate with marshmallow topping, turkey and cranberry panini or other tasty treats in the Otter Pool Café, open from 10am to 2:45pm (last hot food order 2pm).

Although our last posting date for vouchers has passed, Gift Vouchers for Day Entry or Annual Passes are still available by popping into the Gift Shop between 10am and 3pm up to Christmas Eve, OR, you can order a gift code Day Entry Voucher delivered by email immediately for a great last minute gift.
